        The artist retains the copyright for all works of art, and this is not transferred at the point of sale. Physical paintings and prints, and images from this website may not be copied/scanned, printed, or reproduced in any way. For example, when you buy a painting, you may not photograph or scan it to make prints or cards. However, I may be able to do this for you upon request.

        Logos, styling, text, and site design are all part of the Downeast Watercolors brand. Please do not copy the content without my permission.

        Electronic payments are handled through PayPal.com, and I do not have access to this information at all.

This tool collects information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited. We use this information to better understand how visitors find the site and how they interact with it. I can use this to make adjustments to my website, to deliver a better user experience.
